The medical office for Southeastern Dental artfully reflects the vision of dentist Linda Bridges to provide an environment for her clients that feels like home while offering state of the art facilities and equipment. Recognizing that collaboration between the design team, the client and the builder is a vital part of creating quality design, Green Arch started this project by carefully listening to the client and developing an understanding of her unique needs.
Dr. Bridges loves her work and wanted her office to reflect her warm and welcoming personality. She needed an ergonomic and functional space that is easy to work in and clean and simple for patients to maneuver. She also wanted to ensure the facility fostered easy communication between spaces and could grow with her practice. Dr. Bridges was intimately engaged in the entire process from design through the build… and even to the very last flower planted!
Working directly with the dentist and York Constructors, Green Arch designers developed a project that exudes functionality and echoes Linda’s desires for the space. Positioned in an office park, the medical office is unique but is well adapted to its surroundings. The work-style and mission of the dentist and staff was carefully integrated into the design of the nearly 4,000 square foot plan. The building flows with efficiency and was designed to allow for expansion with ease.
