When our friends at Ortec Inc. needed more manufacturing space, lab space, and storage, we began with a master plan of the site which included the building we had originally designed 10 years prior. As Green Arch designers began crafting these spaces, Ortec contemplated redefining the image of its pharmaceutical division. We moved through the exploration process together and discovered a need for a refined center that would welcome clients.
The Green Arch team created an innovative center for visitors that clearly reflects Ortec’s commitment to deliver products effectively, with excellence and professionalism. In the company’s new entry and conference center clients are greeted by an atmosphere that is as inviting as it is functional. The space portrays the value Ortec places on those they have the privilege of serving.
The new entry element stands tall as clients enter the site, announcing Ortec and making a grand first impression. Upon entering, the visitor engages with a sleek lobby and reception area. Beyond the reception area is a refined conference room with technology and tools that can be used to enhance a variety of meetings.
In addition to these facility improvements, our most recent project for this ongoing client focused on the enhancement and expansion of Ortec’s offices, labs, hazardous storage and production area that were originally designed by Green Arch. The approach taken with the project was very detail oriented with great care and consideration given to the company’s work flow, while keeping the safety of both staff and visitors a top priority.
