A native of Greenville, John Harvell has had the privilege of being a part of the community’s transformation from its former “mill days” to its current vibrancy. John launched his successful career in architecture at Walker Farmer Architects. He later joined Daniel Construction, now known as Flour Daniel, where he had the opportunity to complete projects in industrial design around the globe.
John furthered his experience through a position with Surratt Associates immediately prior to becoming one of the founding Principals of Green Arch Design Group, LLC in 2006. The diversity and depth of John’s experience provides a strong foundation for Green Arch Design. His strength can also be observed in his family life as he is the proud father of two daughters and grandfather to four, two boys and two girls. Outside of client work, John enjoys camping on the beach or a peaceful day on the lake.
